「日本嫌気性菌感染症学会雑誌」投稿規定

本誌に投稿、掲載を希望する論文は、嫌気性菌感染症に関する内容を有するもので、他 誌に発表されていない、かつ投稿中でないものとする。正し、他誌に英文で掲載されたも のは同一内容を和文で本誌に投稿することは許可する。二重投稿および同時投稿でない旨 を明記し、著者全員が署名した誓約書を添付すること。筆頭または論文の責任者 (Corresponding author)は投稿時に日本嫌気性菌感染症学会会員であることが必要であ る(Letter to the editor は本学会会員でなくても良い)。入会手続きは、日本嫌気性菌感染 症学会事務局(愛知医科大学病院感染症科内:Tel. 0561-61-1842)まで問い合わせのこと。 論文は、原則として、和文または英文とする。

和文投稿規定

• 原著、症例報告の投稿形式は、論文題名、著者名、所属施設名(和、英併記のこと)、 和文要旨、英文抄録、索引用語(4 語以内、日本語)、本文、文献とする。図表の説明 は特に問わない。Letter to the editor は、本文、図表、索引用語とする(本学会誌に 掲載された論文以外の内容に関する letter も掲載対象とする)。原著の論文形式は、は じめに、対象および方法、成績(結果)、考察、結論の順に記載する。著者連絡先は、 住所、電話番号を併記する。論文の著者数については人数制限を設けない。 他誌に英文で掲載された同一内容を和文で本誌に投稿する場合には、論文内に以下の 記載をする。
• ・論文の最後に和文で「付記.本論文の内容は「雑誌名、巻、号、ページ、発行年」に掲載済みである。
• ・英文抄録内に「This manuscript has already published in English(雑誌名、巻、号、ページ、発行年) .」
• 用語は新仮名遣いを用い、本文中の外国人名は原語で、薬品については一般名で掲載する。薬剤名については，「日本化学療法学会抗菌化学療法用語集」(電子版)に準ずる。 細菌学名は学名を用いイタリック体とする。また、論文中にしばしば繰り返し登場す る用語については略語を用いて差し支えないが、とくに慣用されているものを除き、 初出の際は完全な用語を記載し、以後、略語を使用する旨記述する。(例)minimum inhibitory concentration(最小発育阻止濃度;以下、MIC)
• 英文抄録は、論文タイトル、著者名、所属施設名を含めて、A4 用紙に 10.5 ポイント文 字ダブルスペース 1 枚とする。
• 文献の記載方法：
• a) 記載順序の引用順とし、本文中に肩付番号を付すこと。
• b) 欧文誌は Index Medicus にならい、著者名、題名、雑誌名、西暦年号、巻数、頁数 (始―終)の順に記載する。
• c) 和文誌についても欧文誌に準ずる。
• d) 誌名略記は、邦文文献は医学中央雑誌刊行会の略とし、外国文献については国際略語規約に準じた Index Medicus 所載のものとする。(例)1) 三鴨廣繁、山岸由佳、澤村治樹、他:癌性腹膜炎患者に認められた Clostridium sordellii による菌血症の一例.日本嫌気性菌感染症研究 2011; 41: 117-125.

• e) 単行本については、著者名、題名、編者名、書名、巻、版、発行地、発行所、西暦年号、頁数(始―終)(和文以外のものでは編者名と書名、巻、版を逆の順とする)。

• f) 著者名は 3 名までは併記し、それ以上は「他」または「et al.」として記載する。
• 投稿要領について：
• a) 原稿は横書き 400 字詰 A4 判の原稿用紙様式とし、投稿形式を明記する。ワートプ ロセッサー使用の場合、1 頁 400 字とし、活字は A4 判、MS 明朝、10.5 ポイント、 ダブルスペースとする。
• b) 図(写真も含む)、表は A4 判大の用紙に貼付し、そのまま印刷可能な明瞭なものが 望ましい。トレースを必要とする場合は実費を徴収する。写真は原則的にはモノク ロとし、図表は 1 枚につき原稿用紙 1 枚分とする。
• c) 著者校正は 1 回限りとする。校正用ファイル(ゲラ刷り)について、誤字・脱字・ 写真画像の鮮明度等、正確に粗版されていることを確認する。返送期日を厳守する こと。
• d) 論文の枚数の制限は問わない。

Letter to the editor

• 投稿料については、別途定める。カラー掲載を希望する場合には投稿者の実費負担とする。別冊については実費(依頼論文は 30 部まで無料とする)とし、料金徴収後に送付する。希望別冊数は 50 部単位で校正刷に明記の上、申し込むこと。
• 投稿論文の採否は編集委員会の審査により決定し、可及的速やかに筆頭論文著者に通知する。

• 原稿ファイルの作成について： 著者は、本文、文献、和文要旨、英文抄録を以下の規定に従って入力し、提出するものとする。
  
  • 欧文、数字、小数点、斜線（/）などは半角を使用
  • 句読点はピリオド（．）とコンマ（，）を使用
  • データはメールに添付して送付するか、CDまたはDVDに保存して郵送する。データファイルには氏名、入力機種、システム名、Version を明記する。また合わせて印刷したものを一部送付する。
  • 人体を対象とした研究では、ヘルシンキ宣言に述べられているように、科学的および 倫理的規範に準ずる。被検者には研究内容についてあらかじめ十分に説明し、自由意 志に基づく同意(インフォームドコンセント)が必要である。わが国の国家の指針(下 記)に則ることはもとより、研究課題によっては、所属施設の倫理委員会またはこれ に準じるものの承認が必要となる。
    動物を対象とした研究では、動物愛護の立場から適切な実験計画を立て、全実験期間 を通じて飼育および動物の管理に配慮することが必要である。 調査研究などについては、「人を対象とする医学系研究に関する倫理指針 文部科学省、 厚生労働省 http://www.lifescience.mext.go.jp/files/pdf/n1443_01.pdf」に則るか、こ れに準じた施設内基準を満たしていること.
    ヒトゲノム・遺伝子解析研究においては、人間の尊厳および人権を尊重し、社会の理 解と協力を得て、適正に研究を実施する「ヒトゲノム・遺伝子解析研究に関する倫理 指針 文部科学省、厚生労働省、経済産業省 http://www.lifescience.mext.go. jp/files/pdf/40_126.pdf」に則るか、これに準じた施設内基準を満たしていること。 遺伝子治療臨床研究については、「遺伝子治療臨床研究に関する指針 文部科学省、厚 生労働省 http://www.lifescience.mext.go.jp/files/pdf/6_7.pdf」に則るか、これに準じ た施設内基準を満たしていること。
  • 著者全員について利益相反のある金銭上または私的な関係をすべて明らかにしなけれ ばならない。
    1)自己申告すべき内容がない場合は、論文の末尾に、「利益相反自己申告:申告すべ きものなし」と記載する。
    2)自己申告すべき内容がある場合は、論文の末尾に以下の記載例の如く記載する。 (執筆者の記載例)

  • 著作権の譲渡
    論文が受理された時点において、該当論文の著作権が本会に帰属することに著者同意 しなければならない。
    
• 臨床研究の場合にはヘルシンキ宣言に基づいて行わなければならない。動物実験の場合には動物実験の適正な実施に向けたガイドラインなどを参照して、科学的および倫理的規範に準じて行い、施設のガイドラインに準拠することとする。
  ただし、非営利目的の場合のみ、出典(著者名、雑誌名、巻号)を明記し、引用文を 挿入すれば、本誌に掲載された論文にアクセスしたり、ダウンロード、複写、分配し たりすることを認める(修正を加えたデータの配布は除く)。使用料については、別途 定める。本誌に掲載されたすべての論文およびその内容に係る著作権は本会に帰属す る。本誌に掲載されたすべての論文およびその内容を本会の許諾なく営利目的または 商業目的で使用することを禁ずる。

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Japanese Association for Anaerobic Infection Research will accept original manuscripts which contain material that has not been reported elsewhere. Authors and coauthors should be a member of this society.

Manuscript Submission and Copyright Agreement Form

The Copyright Agreement form should be submitted once your paper has been accepted for publication. Manuscripts cannot be published without this form. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining signatures of coauthors and affirming that the manuscript is original, that all statements asserted as facts are based on author (s) careful investigation and research for accuracy, that the manuscript dose not, in whole or in part, infringe any copyright or violate any law of privacy or other personal or property right whatsoever; that it has not been published in total or in part; is not being submitted and/or considered for publication in total or in part elsewhere; and that the author (s) has full authority to enter into this copyright agreement and to make the grants contained herein; as for the drug name, it conforms to "Antibacterial Chemotherapy Glossary of The Japanese Chemotherapy Society" (electronic version).

Preparation of Manuscript

Type the manuscript on white bond paper ISO A4 (212 x 297 mm), with margins of at least 25 mm (1 in). Type only on one side of the paper. Use double spacing throughout with 12 points font, including title page, abstract, text, acknowledgements, references, tables, and legends for illustrations. Being each of the following sections on separate pages: title page, abstract and key words, text, acknowledgements, references, individual tables, and legends. Be prepared to submit:

• The manuscript title
• All author (s) names, valid email address and affiliations.
• Corresponding author information, including name, address, and phone numbers.
• The structured abstract should consist of Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• At the end of the paper, give the name and address of the individual to whom reprint requests should be directed.

Key words

Within 4 key words should be listed below the abstract for indexing purposes.

Table and Illustrations

Prepare each table with its title as a separate file. Use Arabic numerals to number tables. Each table must stand alone –i.e., contain all necessary information in the caption, and the table itself must be understood independently of the text. Details of experimental conditions should be included in the table footnotes. Information that appears in the text should not be repeated in a table, and tables should not contain data that can be given in the text in one or two sentences. In principle, color photographs are not be acceptable.

References

The Vancouver system of referencing should be used (example are given below). In the text, references should be cited using superscript Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear. If cited in tables or figure legends, number according to the first identification of the table or figure in the text. Names of journals should be abbreviated in the style used in Index Medicus. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the references.

When a citation has more than four authors, list the first three and use “et al.” If it is necessary to cite an abstract, this should be designated. Abbreviations of journal titles should follow MEDLINE. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the references, and are reminded that inaccurate references are highly frustrating to the reader, the cited authors, and indexing services. Within the text, citations should be identified by numbers in brackets, and the list of references at the end of the paper should be numbered by order of citation. Ensure that issue numbers are omitted from the reference citation. Only works referred to in the text and already accepted for publication can be included.
